Waabi is seeking a hands-on leader to build a new centralized Evaluation team responsible for holistic analysis of autonomy system performance.
The role involves designing scalable production frameworks for sampling evaluation sets and developing metrics to measure the performance of both autonomy and the eval ecosystem.
Candidates will work closely with simulation and software teams to leverage Waabi World, a highly realistic closed-loop simulation engine built with generative AI technologies.

Must-have
6+ years autonomous vehicle industry experience
2+ years managing high performing teams
Experience evaluating AI or machine learning models
Strong statistical background
Experience with system design and algorithms

Experience with large scale databases and analytics
Open-minded and collaborative team player
Passion about self-driving technologies
Key Requirements
Minimum 6+ years autonomous vehicle industry experience

MS/PhD or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Robotics or similar field
