Job Summary

  • Shape, propose, and assure complex Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) solutions for large-scale organisations, frequently within the UK Public Sector.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, defining and governing solution architectures across the DXC Intelligent Operations Platform, leading ITSM tools, API and e-bond integrations, and observability platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients, bid and pursuit teams, and delivery leadership to support solutions from pre-sales through assurance, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and commercially viable.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • Several years systems integration
  • Solution architecture (pre-sales + delivery assurance)
  • Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise scale ESM/ITSM solutions
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL 4
  • Demonstrated experience working on UK Public Sector engagements
  • Hold SC clearance or eligible for vetting
