The primary purpose of the job is to oversee the intermediated channel from a sales, marketing, and distribution perspective in Ecuador’s territory.
This position develops and implements Broker marketing strategies to achieve top line goals by each distribution channel and with the right product mix.

Lead national strategy for Brokers, Sponsors, Agents and Direct clients
Develop and implement Broker marketing strategies
Manage and expand relationships with brokers and clients
Achieve sales budget by Line of business
Drive retention and new business utilizing Salesforce

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic, Commercial Engineering, or related fields
MBA or post graduate degree in Business Management, Sales, or Insurance
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles within the insurance industry
At least 5 years in senior leadership positions
Deep understanding of the local market, regulator frameworks, distribution channels, and competitive dynamics
Strong knowledge of financial indicators pricing and portability models
