Key Requirements

  • Proven working knowledge of ITIL Change Management
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification (or higher)

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
