  • You will be responsible for executing the complete purchasing and contracting strategy for facilities categories, driving all stages prior to market RFP submission with a focus on maximizing value and optimizing costs.
  • You will conduct detailed spend analyses by category (cleaning, security, maintenance, gardening, reception, and utilities), develop supplier market intelligence, and perform continuous price benchmarking.

  • Proven experience in strategic facilities and building services sourcing & procurement
  • Advanced mastery of category management and strategic sourcing
  • In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian facilities supplier market
  • Strong analytical skills for spend and cost composition analysis
  • Ability to develop technical specifications and structure tender processes
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
