Blue Ridge Equine Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to ensure excellent client interactions, both in-person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor, with a preference for those with veterinary experience

Job Summary

  • As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction—whether over the phone or in person—results in a positive and memorable impression.
  • Understands, communicates, and properly prioritizes scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to ensure an efficient and productive schedule and daily workflow.
