Key Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field, plus 9 years of relevant industry experience
• 13 years of equivalent industry experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a regulated biotechnology or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated people management experience
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems
