Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00; Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00; Benefits: Health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)

  • STEM Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience (Level 2)
  • STEM Master's degree with 0 years of experience (Level 2)
  • STEM Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience (Level 3)
  • STEM Master's degree with 3 years of experience (Level 3)
  • STEM PhD with 1 year of experience (Level 3)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
  • Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering
  • Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Root Cause tools and investigation leadership experience
  • Inspection accuracy analysis and creation experience
  • Application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (ANSI/ASME Y14.5)
  • Systems Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Design, or Solid Mechanics experience
