The Canadian Prescribed Fire Training Program will develop a nationally recognized framework to facilitate safe and effective prescribed fire application improving biodiversity and community safety.
The Regional Lead will oversee training, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and contribute to curriculum development while managing regional teams.
This position requires collaboration with diverse internal and external partners and may involve travel, occasional evening and weekend work.

Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline
Minimum four years related experience
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Occupational First Aid Level 1 or CPR Level A
Experience in fire science or landscape fire management
Experience in training environment and curriculum development
