  • Essential duties include assisting residents with transfers, ambulation, range of motion, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, while also preventing skin care issues and ensuring residents are free of offensive odors.
  • The RNA will also complete charting, maintain a positive atmosphere, report significant findings to supervisors, and assist with medical tests, activities, and elimination needs.
