Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record entries on notes and incident reports
