A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our leading Capital Markets and Derivatives (“CMD”) team, to work on a wide range of retail structure finance transactions.
Responsibilities include working closely with fee earners and our clients in the UK and globally to assist with transactions and listings on regulated markets, other stock exchanges and multilateral trading facilities.
