Job Summary
The Administrative Director exercises management responsibility over the business and operational activities of a small to medium sized department, unit or business process.
This leader will help shape and support our research operations, ensure our internationally recognized faculty can lead innovative projects that influence clinical practice, inform policy, and drive equitable health outcomes.
The AD develops processes and procedures aligned to IHER’s vision, oversees growth objectives, hiring and onboarding of faculty and staff, overseeing staff development, and facilitates applications for federal and non-federal funding opportunities.
