Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for recording all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner and reporting all accidents and incidents observed.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and bowel/bladder care, as well as performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
