The primary purpose of this advanced position is to support and perform the inspection and testing process of materials and products adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Employees are expected to demonstrate leadership abilities in the absence of the Manager or Team Leader while ensuring alignment on corporate strategic initiatives.
The role involves managing and programming automatic CMM or Seebrez inspection equipment and generating trends of non-conforming material for quality metrics analysis.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Visual dimensional and functional inspections
Measurement tools usage including calipers and optical comparators
Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
Experience with Oracle Quality modules
Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards
Nice-to-have
Leadership abilities in absence of supervisor
Ability to train personnel on inspection techniques
Experience with automatic CMM or Seebrez equipment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
