  • Support Wholesale Onboarding with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution, including Quality Checking.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather Customer Due Diligence information, align processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks, maintain operational efficiency, and report on performance to senior stakeholders.
