This position is responsible for the daily supervision of team members engaged in collecting semen and inseminating hens while performing the same duties.
The role requires physically lifting and controlling hens and roosters weighing up to 17 pounds and carrying catch frames up to 300 feet.
Starting wage is $21.20 per hour with additional shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance from day one.
