Monitor and manage network equipment, servers, internet links, and end-user equipment, supervising ticket-based support and addressing internal/external client requirements.
Ensure business continuity by verifying database backups, monitoring UPS load capacity, and managing IT projects, including Active Directory, antivirus, file server space, and email server configurations.
