Salary

Base: $82,000 to $117,000 annually; Bonus: Discretionary Performance Bonus included; Benefits: RRSP contribution after 6 months, 100% employer-paid health premiums, up to $5000 mental health support

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years in Financial Services operations
  • Experience with reconciliation and settlement
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven experience managing teams
  • Knowledge of CDS, DTC, or similar systems

Nice-to-have

  • Experience coaching and mentoring staff
  • Completion of Canadian Securities Course
  • French language proficiency
  • Project lead experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-4 years progressive experience in brokerage operations
