Manage building systems efficiently
Oversee technical services operations
Partner with vendors for continuous improvement
Manage technical services vendors and technicians
Ensure client infrastructure resilience
Manage 24-hour emergency alarms
Manage site-level facility budgets
Manage building automation systems (BMS, Lighting Control, BOS)
Ensure quality and safety on site
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

Key Requirements
5-7 years experience in engineering/technical services delivery
3-5 years experience managing teams and contracts
Strong knowledge of occupational safety
Degree or professional qualification in Engineering/Technical Services is an advantage
Experience in digital buildings knowledge is an added advantage
Experience managing minor projects is an added advantage
