  • Ensuring end-to-end transport coverage and providing efficient and cost-effective transport service to the client.
  • Maintaining a 24/7 transport helpdesk for call logging, query handling, and incident reporting, including monitoring speeding and other incidents.
  • Collaborating with teams across the board, supporting the transport team at the client’s facility, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.
