** Mondelēz International is seeking a Site Doctor to provide primary care services and manage the site health program with a focus on occupational health and safety in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have relevant medical qualifications and experience in occupational health, particularly within industrial settings. **

Job Summary

  • You will provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and manage the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and ergonomics assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non work related injuries.
  • Provide Initial emergency response, resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured (trauma) patients.
  • Assess plant risk for health issues or any occupational related illness, acting upon the assessment and controlling them through proper preventive measures.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health
  • Qualified Doctor or Nursing practitioner
  • Diploma or Degree in OHS/Claims & Injury Management
  • Relevant experience in OHS
  • Strong experience in Injury Management & Rehabilitation
  • Knowledge of Workers Compensation legislative requirements
  • Licenciatura en Medicina (título y cédula profesional)
  • 2–3 years in occupational medicine
  • Experience in industrial plants or manufacturing
