Job Summary
The Director of EHS and Risk Management will be accountable for providing leadership and strategic execution for Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability, driving behavioral and cultural change, and continuously improving EHS practices.
Responsibilities include leading and managing EHS staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing and implementing plans for the Global EHS Management System, and contributing to the Site Leadership Team.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
10 years of EH&S experience
5+ years leading teams or direct people management
Experience reporting to government and other regulatory authorities
