Key Requirements

  • Forty-five college quarter hours in early childhood development or equivalent
  • Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) and two years group experience
  • Satisfactory background check through Washington Department of Children, Youth, and Families
  • Proof of MMR vaccination or equivalent documentation
  • Negative tuberculosis test within previous 12 months
  • Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification
  • Washington State Food Worker Permit
