Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the implementation and delivery of employer‑based health and wellbeing services under the collaboration and direction of Employee Health Services physician leadership.
  • The APP delivers direct patient care to employees for on‑site emergencies, work‑related injuries and illnesses, episodic personal care, medical health surveillance examinations, preventive examinations, and chronic disease management.
  • The APP is expected to provide excellent customer service to employees and internal business partners while supporting a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace.
