Job Summary

  • Perform and coordinate a variety of administrative duties and tasks including Asset setup, Asset Maintenance and reconciliation.
  • Prepare daily reconciliation of cash transactions and Apex/Client positions, ensuring aged breaks are addressed and escalated.
  • Be the point of contact for Fund Managers and other related parties, developing relationships to ensure client needs are addressed.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
