Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current regulations.
You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge strategies.
This role requires performing direct nursing care functions including starting IVs, obtaining specimens, monitoring medication passes, and ensuring safe handling of hazardous chemicals.
