Must-have
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
Minimum of 10 years in architecture and construction
At least five years in a senior leadership role
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, SketchUp
Valid driver's license and DOT medical exam acceptance
Nice-to-have
Registered architect status preferred
Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM Certificates
