Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or misappropriation of property immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
