Identify, assess, and implement innovative digital technologies (IoT, AI/ML, cloud, analytics, digital twins) to enhance product development, execution, asset management, and customer service.
Define and track KPI’s to measure impact and ROI, providing regular updates to senior management and acting as a change agent across the organization.
