The primary purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, maintaining confidentiality, assisting with daily functions, and monitoring skin integrity.
This position requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves direct resident care in a healthcare setting.
