Job Summary
The Batcher is responsible for blending product in a highly skilled manner following exact customer and plant standards, instructions, methods and practices.
Must have significant expertise with all operational functions and limitation of both the batching room equipment and thermal units.
Responsible for Food Safety and Quality; Associate in this job has the responsibility to report, in a timely manner, Food Safety and Quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action on those problems.
