Job Summary

• The Banquet Steward is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas as well as equipment set-up and expediting of food for banquet functions in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
