  • Ability to work Sunday through Thursday shifts

  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)

  • Trade certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
  • Strong vendor management and cost control skills

Key Requirements

  • EPA 608 Type II Certification preferred
