  • Responsible for Accounts (AP & AR) and billing to be based out of Mumbai in Central team.
  • You will be performing the role of client finance and accounting at the site and will be responsible for the financial services scope defined in the Property Management Services agreement with client.

  • Knowledge of Budgeting & Cost Control procedures
  • Preparation of Financial summaries
  • Cash Flows Statements
  • Account Reconciliation
