Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, or related
  • 10+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
  • Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Experience developing work instructions for avionics assembly
  • Exposure to PLM, MES, and MRP systems
  • Hands-on experience with wiring installation, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Secret Security Clearance
