Job Summary

  • The Powerplant Engineer is responsible for engineering activity related to aircraft APU, engine, engine systems, and related components on the Airbus and Embraer aircraft.
  • Responsibilities include managing engine and APU maintenance and reliability programs, creating and managing the Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) system, and obtaining regulatory approval for modifications and repairs.
  • This position requires a 4-year degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or an FAA Airframe & Powerplant License with 5+ years of experience in power-plant engineering.
