  • Establish, structure, and lead an organization dedicated to monitoring and managing the margin of flight‑hour–based contracts, ensuring data reliability, indicator consistency, a clear understanding of performance drivers, and the company’s ability to anticipate economic deviations.
  • Build and maintain margin calculation models by contract, fleet, customer, and period, analyze variances between forecasted and actual margins, and produce ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
