Job Summary
Lead a well-trained, highly effective Fulfilment Center outbound team to ensure all orders are delivered to the agreed service levels, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Acts as the Lean Ambassador for Colombia, driving Lean adoption, Kaizen culture, problem‑solving, and sustainable operational excellence in the DC through standardization and continuous improvement.
Lead direct report to deliver positive operational results, providing timely feedback, effectively coaching and empowerment with the purpose of develop Supervisor Outbound career.
