Approximate Compensation Range: 100% commission based (for producers)

Must-have

  • 3+ years commercial real estate sales experience
  • Licensed Real Estate practitioner in California
  • Proven track record leasing multifamily units in Los Angeles
  • Strong knowledge of Section 8 and affordable housing programs

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience using CRM programs

Key Requirements

  • State of CA Real Estate License required
  • Minimum 3 years commercial real estate sales experience
