Job Summary
Creates, develops and maintains quality strategies, systems, tools, methods, and processes for BU High Voltage Products R&D function in collaboration with other TC R&D Quality Managers and in alignment with BU R&D Quality Manager.
Ensures the quality and reliability of the new product developments and GPS (Global Product Support) within TC, by regulating and guiding project teams properly using systems, tools, methods and processes.
Fosters a culture of quality excellence, both within the TC and in collaboration with teams outside the R&D Function.
