  • This role serves as the technical owner for multiple designated equipment systems within the Biologics Pilot Plant Equipment Engineering Team.
  • Candidates will lead small- to medium-scale capital projects from concept through handover while ensuring all activities meet regulatory and safety expectations.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience supporting GMP manufacturing facilities
  • Deep working knowledge of cGMP and Quality Systems
  • Experience writing technical documentation like protocols
  • Strong root-cause investigation and corrective action skills

Nice-to-have

  • Track record leading capital projects in regulated environments
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of bioreactors and CIP/SIP systems
  • Experience mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong project management and vendor management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in matrixed cross-functional teams

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years' experience
  • Master's degree with 3 years' experience
