  • The IT Support team must continuously adapt its tools, processes, and ways of working to effectively support a growing number of users.

Must-have

  • Provide high-quality technical support

  • Troubleshoot Windows 11 and macOS
  • Experience managing SaaS access
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT support
  • Experience using AI tools or automation

  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative
