engineering design reviews
building management systems (BMS)
control sequences and logic

multi-site control network standards
project management and KPI reporting

troubleshooting complex system issues
expertise in BACnet and Modbus protocols
experience with Automated Logic Controls (ALC)
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
7+ years experience in facilities HVAC and control systems
Expert knowledge of control theory and HVAC systems
Proficiency with major BMS platforms
Engineering and/or Industry certification (P.E., PMP) preferred
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
