Job Summary
This position will provide support towards review and drafting of contracts for India and US jurisdictions and advice pertaining to Lowe’s business operations.
Draft, review, revise, and redline a variety of contracts, including Technology Agreements, Vendor/Supplier Agreements, Procurement Agreements, MSAs, SOWs, service agreements, NDAs, LOIs, MOUs, consultancy and professional services agreements.
Work closely with Enterprise Strategic Sourcing (ESS), Finance, Compliance, Audit, Insurance, Technology teams and Senior Leadership across teams in India and US.
