Key Requirements
5+ years in ICT contract/vendor management
Experience with IT contract and vendor performance management
Experience establishing vendor tiering, SLAs/KPIs, and contract frameworks
Experience managing enterprise software licensing
Experience writing detailed and complex Scopes of Work
Experience collaborating with internal business units, Procurement, Finance and Legal
