Job Summary
The Advanced Customer Service Technician is critical to the smooth operation of our customer’s distribution centers and will be required to perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of our customer’s various material handling systems.
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment according to safety and quality procedures, experienced with Control Panels, PLCs and VFDs.
Given that we provide 24/7 service to our client, it is a term of your employment that you be available to work different shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
