Job Summary
The 24-month trainee program offers comprehensive insights into global Legal functions through rotations in different departments and locations, supported by experienced colleagues and a dedicated mentor.
You will gain practical experience in national and international expert and project teams, applying and further developing your legal, methodological, and personal competencies through on-the-job and off-the-job training.
The program includes an international stay, opportunities to network with other Evonik trainees, and leads to a permanent position upon successful completion, starting November 1, 2026.
