Key Requirements

  • Graduate from accredited nursing school
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
  • 3 years nursing experience
  • 2 years care management or related experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Basic Life Support Certification within 60 days
  • Valid multi-state RN license accepted in Wisconsin
