Key Requirements

  • Oregon Residential Care Facility Administrator's License
  • Prior memory care management experience
  • Current First Aid Certification

  • AA or Certificate in relevant field
  • At least 20 hours continuing education in aging and dementia care
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Experience working with dementia patients
